PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. We regularly offer FREE SHIPPING promotions — check our homepage for current deals!

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Highway66 has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
