RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Our goal is to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible. Just follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest!
WHAT’S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received

- Items without tags
- Custom/personalized orders
- Items damaged by customer
- Returns after 30 days
- Sale items (unless defective)
Personalized items (custom names, numbers, designs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
Get Approval
We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include the RA number in the package.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item for another!
- Exchange requests follow the same process as returns
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- One exchange per order is allowed

Note: Refund processing time depends on your bank or credit card company. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Received a defective or incorrect item? We sincerely apologize! Here’s what to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include photos of the defect or wrong item
- We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost
- Or provide a full refund including shipping
- No need to return the defective item in most cases
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right — guaranteed!
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Defective/wrong items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.
Tip: Save your tracking number! We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
