How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, select your size and quantity, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping address and payment information to complete your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters production and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use our Order Tracking page to check your shipment status in real-time. We support 1,500+ carriers worldwide!
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend the confirmation. Make sure the email address you provided is correct.
Do you offer custom/personalized orders?

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
  • USA: 7-15 business days (Standard), 5-10 business days (Express)
  • Canada: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia: 12-25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Note: Production time (3-5 business days) is not included in shipping estimates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. We often run FREE SHIPPING promotions — check our homepage for current deals! The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it
First, check with neighbors or building management. Sometimes packages are left in a safe place. If you still can’t locate it after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless there’s a defect.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with:
  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective)
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.
I received a wrong or defective item
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund — your choice!
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart with detailed measurements. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to our size chart. When in doubt, size up! If you need help, contact us and we’ll assist you.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality materials for all our products:
  • T-Shirts: Premium cotton blends (usually 100% cotton or cotton/polyester)
  • Hoodies: Fleece-lined cotton blends for warmth and comfort
  • Jackets: Durable polyester with quality stitching

How do I care for my items?
To keep your items looking great:
  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas
  • Do not bleach
Are the colors accurate to what’s shown online?
We do our best to display accurate colors, but there may be slight variations due to monitor settings, lighting, and printing. Each item is uniquely printed, so minor differences are normal.
